We have three business areas: Cloud Services, Managed Services and Connected Services

We are now looking for a committed and driven Norwegian marketing coordinator who will primarily work with the cloud and managed services business areas at our office preferable in Oslo or Gothenburg/Stockholm.

As Marketing Coordinator for Cloud and Managed Services, you will play a key role in strengthening and developing our marketing and brand within this business area. You will be responsible for the company's marketing activities in your business area, which will ensure and improve the company's visibility in order to ultimately increase the company's market share, revenue and profitability.

Your primary responsibilities will consist of:

• Strengthen and improve our message in all relevant marketing channels, e.g. website, social media, email, print and presentations.
• Work with other marketing colleagues to develop an annual marketing plan.
• Organise, plan, implement and evaluate agreed activities in the marketing plan based on predefined KPIs.
• Take responsibility for reporting KPIs and improvements to the Group Marketing Director.
• Work closely with the sales organisation to evaluate and develop new activities.
• CRM – ensure that ongoing work is compliant and fit for purpose, as well as automated to support the business area's processes.
• Review our strategy annually together with the Group Marketing Director. Evaluate and suggest improvements.
• Events – responsible for ensuring that events are carried out according to plan and in line with the business area's marketing plan and strategy.
• Build processes and routines for the business area's marketing together with other marketing colleagues.
• Communicate with all suppliers required for marketing activities in consultation with other marketing colleagues.

Education and experience

• Very good knowledge of Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• At least upper secondary education and relevant training in marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, current trends and social media.
• Experience working with SEO and CRM is an advantage (Upsales).
• Experience leading projects.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing.
• Experience in the IT industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in B2B.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is an advantage
• Interest and knowledge in leveraging AI for marketing efficiency is highly valued
