We have three business areas: Cloud Services, Managed Services and Connected Services
We are now looking for a committed and driven Account Manager who will work with the cloud and managed services business areas at our office in Stockholm.
The key values you will bring is:
New Sales
· Identify potential customers through research, networking, social media and databases.
· Build lists of qualified leads to target.
· Book and carry out meetings and close new accounts.
Strategic Sales
· Not just focus solely on new business, you will work on developing existing customers through upselling and cross-selling.
· Identify new business opportunities based on the customer’s operations and goals.
Customer Relationship and Loyalty
· Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
· Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
Business Value and Insights
By understanding the customer's industry and challenges, you will advise and create added value, strengthening the company's position as a partner rather than just a supplier.
Internal Coordination
· Coordinate between internal teams (support, delivery, product development) to ensure the customer receives the right solution.
· They act as a project manager for the customer journey from lead to long-term customer.
Your profile
We are looking for the right person with the right attitude to complement our team. You love to achieve our goals and do it as a team. To be successful in this role you have a very high level of activity but you are also able to plan you work in advance. We do not see this role as a technical role because you will have Solution Architects to lean on. You need to be curious but also persistent with longer sales cycles.
Education and Experience
Ability to see opportunities instead of problems and find solutions to situations that arise. The person has a selling attitude and a drive to help win deals. Be a good colleague and a team player who sees collaboration as the way to win.
We also value:
· Good knowledge of Swedish (should be comfortable to speak and write unhindered)
· Good knowledge of English (should be comfortable speaking and writing)
· Experience of complex sales
· Documented good sales results
· Good technical understanding
· Good knowledge of verbal and written communication
· Curious about new technology
Experience in Information Technology Sales is preferable.
This position is located in Bromma/Stockholm.
