Account Manager

We are now looking for a committed and driven Account Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for driving both strategic and operational communication with our existing resellers and end customers, such as hotel chains, care providers, and regional healthcare organizations. You will build and nurture long-term, trusting relationships and develop a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
You will lead new sales in the Finnish market and work with a broad product range that includes both Hibox solutions and products and services from Binero. By actively identifying opportunities with existing customers, you will also drive additional sales and cross-selling of new solutions.
The role serves as an important link between customer service and sales, where you ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. You are also responsible for facilitating and driving the process of renewing customer agreements.
Your primary responsibilities will consist of:
· Responsible for delivering sales according to a personal yearly budget
· Plan sales activities together with the sales and marketing teams
· Inform existing customers of new product features and available integrations
· Coordinate the handover from sales to the delivery/project team
· Provide the finance team with all relevant info about new deals
· Responsible for ensuring that all contracts are profitable
· Document all customer information and update it continuously in the CRM system
· Contribute to product and service development
· Help improve the sales process, delivery process and product/service development through a continuous dialogue with customers and colleagues.
You will book and participate in meetings with both new and existing customers, present our services, and hold product demonstrations. You will prepare quotes, agreements, and purchase orders and ensure that the CRM system is always up to date. You will handle incoming leads, work actively with prospecting, and follow up on projects and deliveries to ensure quality and progress.
Your profile
· Excellent consultative selling, presentation and negotiation skills
· Technical proficiency: Ability to understand our products as part of the client’s IT infrastructure. Comfortable discussing software integrations and hardware properties.
· Strong capability to build long-term and trust-based relationships with customers and partners
· Finnish language: Full professional proficiency (written and verbal)
· English language: Full professional proficiency (written and verbal)
· Swedish language: Good knowledge will be considered an advantage
· Master’s degree in business administration or similar education
