We operate across three business areas: Cloud Services, Managed Services, and Connected Services

We are now looking for an engaged and driven Marketing Coordinator who will primarily work with the Cloud and Managed Services business areas, based at our office in Oslo, Tromsø, or Trondheim.

Note:

• If you are not based in Tromsø, you should be able to travel to Tromsø occasionally (approximately once every two months).

• This is a junior to mid-level marketing role, with an annual salary range of NOK 500,000–650,000.

As Marketing Coordinator for Cloud and Managed Services, you will play a key role in strengthening and developing our marketing and brand within this business area. You will be responsible for the company’s marketing activities within your area, ensuring and improving visibility with the ultimate goal of increasing market share, revenue, and profitability.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Strengthening and improving our messaging across all relevant marketing channels, such as the website, social media, email, print, and presentations

• Collaborating with other marketing colleagues to develop an annual marketing plan

• Organizing, planning, executing, and evaluating agreed activities in the marketing plan based on predefined KPIs

• Taking responsibility for reporting KPIs and improvements to the Group Marketing Director

• Working closely with the sales organization to evaluate and develop new activities

• CRM: Ensuring ongoing work is followed and adapted for purpose, as well as automated to support the business area’s processes

• Conducting an annual review of the strategy together with the Group Marketing Director, evaluating and proposing improvements

• Events: Being responsible for ensuring that events are executed according to plan and aligned with the business area’s marketing plan and strategy

• Building processes and routines for marketing within the business area together with other marketing colleagues

• Managing communication with all suppliers required for marketing activities, in coordination with other marketing colleagues
