We are now looking for an engaged and driven DevOps / System Engineer with strong technical expertise and a passion for automation, operational stability, and modern platform solutions.

We are seeking someone who wants to build, maintain, monitor, and automate. Our team develops DevOps solutions with a strong focus on automation and stable operations. You will work in complex environments, taking responsibility for building and securing operations from start to finish. You enjoy working across multiple technology domains and collaborating with various teams throughout the organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing, implementing, and managing automated infrastructure and operational solutions.

• Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure and efficient delivery.

• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing production environments.

• Participating in incident management and proactively improving stability, performance, and availability.

• Driving initiatives related to automation, observability, and platform development.

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver customer solutions.

• Contributing to the efficiency, automation, and development of internal tools and processes.

• Documenting technical environments, processes, and procedures.

Who are you?

You have experience with cloud platforms, primarily Linux-based environments, as well as Windows, automation, and modern DevOps practices. You are comfortable managing complex production environments, troubleshooting technical challenges, and working with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and scripting.

You are analytical, self-driven, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for building stable, secure, and efficient platforms.

Experience

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in operating, maintaining, and developing modern IT platforms and application environments. You have worked with both application operations and infrastructure operations and have experience ensuring high availability, performance, and security in complex environments.

Your experience:

• At least 3-5 years in system operations, platform engineering, DevOps, or a similar role.

• Operation and management of Linux-based environments, preferably including Windows Server.

• Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Monitoring, log management, and observability for applications and infrastructure.

• Incident management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting of complex technical issues.

• Databases, integrations, and API-based services.

• Automation and Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, or Puppet.

• CI/CD processes and continuous delivery tools.

• Scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

• Version control systems such as Git.

• Documentation, process development, and technical ownership.

Education

We would preferably like you to have:

• A post-secondary degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field.

Alternatively:

• Several years of relevant professional experience considered equivalent.

Relevant certifications are considered an advantage, such as:

• Microsoft Azure Certifications

• AWS Certifications

• Kubernetes Certifications (CKA/CKAD)

• Linux Certifications (RHCSA/RHCE)

• Terraform Associate

• ITIL Foundation
